Lovingly converted with relaxed contemporary style, Dicknick cottage is situated in the middle of the row between its sister holiday cottages, Trulls and Longley, and the laundry room. It shares stunning and uninterrupted views of unspoilt countryside together with peace and tranquillity. Light, spacious and airy, yet warm and cosy, this cottage offers extremely comfortable, wonderfully clean accommodation for 4 people plus infant in 2 generous bedrooms with luxurious slate clad en-suite bathroom and shower room. The galleried first floor living room can provide 2 extra bed spaces when required. With a fully fitted handcrafted wooden kitchen, Dicknick cottage is generously equipped for all your culinary needs.

Letting period - The letting period is from Friday to Friday except in the winter when short breaks are available. The cottage will be ready for guests from 4.00pm on the day of arrival. Guests are requested to vacate by 10.00am on departure day.

Dicknick cottage has 2 bedrooms - a king size master double bedroom with large en-suite bathroom on the ground floor but please note that there are 2 steps down to this room. The twin bedroom is on first floor next to the galleried sitting room where the sofa bed can be made up for 2 extra bed spaces when required.

1 en-suite bathroom with toilet, basin, shaver point and bath with shower hose.

1 shower/wet room with fixed shower, toilet, basin, and shaver point.

Sunny south-facing patio with access to the extensive shared gardens and 200-acres of farmland. Patio furniture, barbeques and parasols supplied. There are farm animals and wildlife on your doorstep, and access to public footpaths, beautiful views, sunsets and twinkling stars at night.

There is a NON-SMOKING policy inside the holiday cottages and laundry room but ashtrays are provided for those wishing to smoke OUTSIDE only.

Children of all ages are welcome - cots and high chairs provided free of charge for infants under 2 years of age. Non-slip bath mats, waterproof mattress protectors and stair gates are also available.
